Our service area is limited to North Seattle. For properties beyond this region (per our discretion), we charge a $30 per visit travel fee.

We charge $76 per hour and all materials at cost. For a crew of 2, the rate is $140/hour.
Biweekly maintenance visits (once per 2 weeks) receive a discounted rate of $70/hour (typically one crewmember).
